right now, a woman is facing murder charges after shooting and killing her boyfriend. 54-year-old catherine brewington admits she shot her boyfriend tuesday. but she claimed it was self defense. police waited to charge her until last night. neighbors in the area near lone mountain and the 215 say they didn't know the couple had problems. the last four militia members who surrendered in oregon are expected in court this morning. they held out at a federal wildlife refuge for nearly six weeks. they're not the only ones in custody! nevada rancher cliven bundy was in court yesterday. he's facing charges for unlawful behavior during a stand-off in nevada back in -2- thousand -14-. cliven was arrested after flying to oregon wednesday night to visit his two sons....also arrested. as for the wildlife refuge it could be a month or two before everything is back to normal. the f-b-i says they first have to check for booby traps and then they can finally begin
